No refunds will be issued for unused time, unless required by law.

• Post content that is hateful, sexually explicit, defamatory, or misleading.

• Create multiple or deceptive accounts.

Violations may result in suspension or termination without refund.

7. Termination of Account

You may also delete your account at any time through your profile settings.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by Ugandan law:

• We are not responsible for any indirect or consequential damages.
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the last 12 months.

9. Intellectual Property

All platform content, including logos, design, and software, is owned by Nyom International. You may not copy or reuse materials without written permission.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Uganda.

Any disputes will be handled by competent courts in Uganda.

11. Changes to These Terms
